A useful extension. Unfortunately there were 2 conflicts with other extension but they were fixed within 2-3 hours by their support desk. I noticed they had already made a modification so that it wouldn't have the conflict but we customized the other extension which caused the conflict.

First of all, this is a nice extension with a huge potential.
Currently, with ver 1.3.2, one can only see, in the 'Sales/Order tickets' grid of the backoffice, when a customer posted the first message in a conversation (grid column 'Message date' - should be renamed to something more descriptive like 'First message date').
A column titled 'Last message date' would be very useful to see when the customer posted his latest message in a conversation.
I can't see the reason for a status like 'Pending answer' (other than as a note of the admin to himself to reply to that thread - which doesn't qualify as a status) so I believe it should be eliminated from the list of possible statuses, leaving only 'Open' and 'Closed'.
It would also be convenient if there was some filterable flag in the grid (set automatically) that shows who was the last to respond to a thread of messages (ie a column titled 'Last responder' with possible values 'Us' or 'Customer'). Status 'Open' and last responder 'Us' normally means we are waiting for an answer from the customer. Status 'Open' and last responder 'Customer' normally means that the customer is either waiting for an answer from us or informed us that all is well and thus we can change status to 'Closed'.
As an example of the above suggestions, filtering by status 'Open', last responder 'Customer' and sorting by 'Last message date' would give us a nice list of open tickets.
BTW, file 'app/locale/fr_FR/Laurent_OrderTickets.csv' exists in ver 1.3.2 but file 'app/locale/en_US/Laurent_OrderTickets.csv' does not ( one can find it at https://github.com/laurent35240/Magento-Order-tickets/blob/master/src/app/locale/en_US/Laurent_OrderTickets.csv )
