We've been using TurnTo since February 2012 and we've been very pleased with our experience. We deal with Pro Audio and our core audience likes to talk to other customers about the gear we sell and feel like they are getting an unbiased or 'company' opinion. TurnTo gives us a product by product solution that gets our customers engaging each other about the products we sell.
We also use the checkout chatter feature to bring comments to our homepage showing other customers' reasoning on their purchases to help give people a higher sense of comfort when browsing or purchasing from our catalog.
If you're looking for a socially engaging element for your customers we highly recommend using TurnTo.

We've been using TurnTo for a while for social Q&A and we see improved engagement and conversions. The service from TurnTo has been phenomenal. We work with many different vendors and TurnTo consistently has the fastest response time and the most helpful support. They really know what they are doing and its a pleasure doing business with them. Relative to the price for this service the ROI is excellent and the functionality is excellent. My developers are happy they dont have to spent hundreds of hours integrating and fixing bugs and I'm happy they're happy and we're seeing great customer engagement. Thanks TurnTo!

Coffee For Less has been using TurnTo Social Q&A for 3 months and is very pleased with the user-generated content and customer engagement that the tool has provided. We were looking for another way to make our product pages more interactive and with impressive results and a seamless integration with our Magento Extension, TurnTo's Social Q&A was the perfect solution.

Rated 0 out of 5 by rimonsales We've been using TurnTo for several months, and have found that it's helped our SEO as well as customer engagement. The customer service and technical support we've received has been extremely helpful and dedicated.
The Turnto tab within our Magento back-end makes it really easy for us to moderate questions and adjust settings. Initial setup was overseen by the Turnto team, who helped us with everything from the design of the links to getting the extension up and running within Magento.
