I am a online store owner and I am not a professional person in Magento. I purchased this module in 3 weeks ago. This module really helped me very well in managing customer information and our sales.
Let imagine, all information about customers, products, carts, orders and invoices can be synchronized automatcally 2 ways between my store and my crm. I needn't open my store admin that I can still control every activities of my store, report revenue, manage inventory, even that I can manage and upload product images from my crm.
First time, when I purchase module, it show some errors that I can't use, it is terrible because they need 3 days to answer my ticket, but after they support now everything is running so can't be better.
Thank you crm4ecommerce so much.

We bought implemented and discovered it was duplicating all our customer accounts. Brought the details to them and they have not comeback with a fix and now are not providing a refund, even after requested.
Buggy and Terrible support. I would advise avoiding this company.

They may have to improve their website but the module is well made and includes all the features we expected.
The support is reliable and quick to answer.

We bought the extension and tried installing it for nearly 2 weeks. We had one problem after another, some easier to troubleshoot than others. The developer was responsive, I eventually asked him to help us troubleshoot an issue we thought was caused by his extension.
When the developer saw that we have a multi-store magento site he demanded that we pay an additional $600 usd for a multi-domain license. Seeing as how we couldn't even install the single domain, I asked for a refund. The developer controls the license keys remotely so I thought this wouldn't be an issue.
TLDR: we couldn't get it working, developer wanted more money, and refused to refund.

Imagine you buy an extension install and see everything that is needed, derepente out an update hangs around your site and ask support and nothing!
That is how I feel more than six months have bought a product and yet no longer have the produro and neither such support!

Rated 0 out of 5 by smbsone Great !!! Thats what I wait for so long. First extension for CRM with two-way sync. I can't believe it -that finally somebody connected it - for normal price not for $2000-50000. I need to re-think - cause I planned to sync with SugarCRM.
will the sugarcrm connection be available - also for TWO-SYNC ?
