The support team with a quick reaction solved some installation problems and updated the extension to manage Cdiscount orders with MondialRelay as a shipping method. With this great extension now we spare a lot of times.
Très bonne extension avec une aussi bonne équipe de support. Un grand gain en temps dans la gestion et le traitement des commandes Cdiscount.

We REALLY wanted to like this system because we invested a lot of time and money in it. It has potential however it has some serious short comings.
1. First of all, the documentation dreadful . Its obviously written by non-native English speakers. Some of the instructions are nonsensical and impossible to understand.
For a system as expensive as this they should hire a professional to proofread the documentation.
2. The tech support is frustrating. Its probably fine if you have a web developer on staff. They like to solve support problems by having you edit actual Magento PHP files. I think *THEY* should be doing that type of support not having untrained end-users doing it.
This has caused problems for us more than once.
After an upgrade all the file edits are lost and the process must be repeated. This is just 1 example of how the system is unrefined but there are many others.
Also the tech support team is located in France and again their English is barely passable. They take their time responding to tickets. Several times they seemed to ignore our tickets until we reminded them.
This could be a great system if it were refined more and had better documentation.
However Embedded ERP been a HUGE source of frustration for us. We never have gotten most of the features to work correctly. For us its been a major waste of resources. I wish we never purchased this.
We have given up and will be moving to a better system.

All works good while AMAZON dont change any without warn to the support team, after 2 days the support team fix all.

This is an update to previous review in which I described some limitations I initially encountered with the extension. After speaking with the developers, they have explained to me why the extension was designed as so and offered me numerous solutions that fill my need perfectly.
In addition, this extension has proved invaluable in improving the efficiency with which we prepare our orders and manage our stock. No more incorrect stock counts, overlooked orders, etc.
To top it off, the support team has been exceptional with the speed and thoroughness of their response. Obviously, with an extension of this size and scope you may run into some installation issues. They will assist you throughout the whole process to make sure that everything is running as it should be.

We are using Magento ERP now for about 5 years. It has been one of our best decisions.
One of the reasons is that it is the only ERP system which is a Magento extension. So you don't have any problems with integrating the system.
We use ERP with some other extensions from BoostMyShop like Profit Reports and RMA for our returns. Reports gives you a good understanding of margins. Using the RMA extension gives us the possibility to handle our returns and warranty issues in a breeze.
The customer service and technical support of Boost are fantastic. The reply quickly and skillful.
We would definitely recommend Embedded ERP!

We took the Embedded ERP in use during March 2014 to help us in stock management. We didn't know that the Magento Community edition could handle the stocks without this extension. We didn't need the features this extension is probably designed for: managing different stock locations.
You need to choose either background task errors or index management problems. This is something that the developer - boostmyshop.com - admits.
We were always replied quite fast through their ticket system, which was the best thing. Their customer service is machine-like, they are not interested in your problems. As my last message to them, I summarized them how much all these problems we have had have approximately cost and this is the reason why we have to stop using their extension. We had to manually monitor and correct the stock due to the errors and overselling products. We also spent days figuring out how to correct the background task errors. After I had defined how much time we had used and really been willing to use their extension (as could be seen from our ticket history), I kindly requested their service to uninstall the extension to ensure we don't mess up our web shop.
This was their reply to my long and kind message:

If you want uninstall ERP, there is no a problem, we have a process to do it in our documentation.

We have a web shop with an annual turnover of $200,000. We have one stock location and we believe that everything will be easier after uninstalling this extension.
We cannot recommend this extension to anyone and are in awe why it has received such a good feedback. It was a strong reason why we decided to buy this extension a year ago. From now on, we'll spend much more time evaluating extensions ourselves.
This experience along many other Magento Community experiences have made us think that probably using a commercial Magento version would have been a better option for us.

Strongest points are the support, software does what i need.
I opened a few tickets and receive very good support.
The software does meet my requirements,
can improve of course.
I bought the software through a recommendation.
A strong point is that does not require monthly subscription, like many other similar software, which is not ok, in my opinion.

It is rare when I find a company that has a quick response to an inquiry.
Not only do they reply quickly, they fix issues within 24 hours.
The communication is excellent and this module has saved me hours of time.
All of our labels used to be done via UPS. We had to
transfer information from the website to the UPS site. This process would take up to 3 minutes.
Now with two clicks of a mouse, I have my labels printing in seconds.
We also downloaded the Barcode module and it works perfectly.
