How can I fix the indexation problem?

I have the same problem as all of other askers. My indexes just don't reindex. Answers for your questions: 1) yes I have all new versions, brand new installation of magento right now 2) all cache flushed 3) this is the only extension I have installed. Do you have a solution for this? Thanks

Good Morning, Well, we have the same problem and all previous hits do not work. @InnoExts: It sounds like a DB Problem which probably has to do with Magento Core changes between 1.7 and 1.9: Exception message: SQLSTATE[21S01]: Insert value list does not match column list: 1136 Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 But your Extension is great, maybe you could update it, there is a great need!? Uninstall

Uninstall Uninstalling: - You need direct access to database ( for example: via phpMyAdmin ) Run following SQL code: 1.ALTER TABLE `catalog_product_index_price` DROP FOREIGN KEY `FK_CATALOG_PRODUCT_INDEX_PRICE_STORE_ID`; 2. Open modules mysql4-install-1.0.0.php file and see to which tables "store_id" column was added. Delete those columns manually in the reverse order. 3. Clear cache 4. Now you can reindex prices :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great extension....works with 1.9 too but... This extension functions the same as described. Also I would like to add here is....it is working in 1.9 too but just the issue is re-indexing. Can anyone help here with the solution of re-indexing? In general it is a fabulous extension. Thanks to it's developers :) Thank You.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Indexing bug I installed this extension but after changing the price at different store levels the product did not display on the frontend. Moreover when I tried to re-index from admin, it gave an error of "Cannot initialize the indexer process".
Date published: 2015-12-03
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not working in 1.9 It's giving indexing error even after version is increased. It's overwriting the magento core catalog models which is not supported in 1.9. You can release the new extension with 1.9 compatibility. It'll be usefull.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not compatible with CE 1.9 Contrary to what someone else has said about this being compatible with CE 1.9 with a single modification, this extension is completely NOT compatible with CE 1.9. You will not be able to index prices, as the extension rewrites many old Mysql4 classes that are deprecated in Magento instead of resource classes, which are now used for some time. 2 stars because it should work with older CEs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from works with 1.8.1 thanks to comments below! This extension works well and is pretty unique so I was very happy with it, but unfortunately it wasn't working anymore after upgrading to 1.8.1 and developers did not seem to plan to update it anytime soon. (I gather that its not a priority as its free) Thanks to the comments below I now got it working in 1.8.1 and have no more index problems! Very pleased.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problem with reindexing? If your magento version is > to 1.8.0.0, try to change method "getEEMinVersion()" in /app/code/local/Innoexts/InnoCore/Helper/Version.php. Change "return '1.8.0.0';" To "return '1.14.0.0';" Do this before installing the extension.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works, but you have to make small fix... This extension works like a charm even with Magento 1.9, if you download the latest version from authors website. (As a matter of fact, I didn't tried version on Magento Connect). On Magento 1.7 extensions works fine, but with Magento CE 1.9 there is a problem with Indexing. There is small bug in file app\code\local\InnoExts\InnoCore\Helper\Version.php, but it is easy to fix> round line 112, method get EEMinVersion() should be corrected: protected function getEEMinVersion() { /* return '1.8.0.0'; */ return '2.2.0.0'; /* This line should be added */ } I hope authors will soon correct this bug.
