Help! The extension is not providing results at all!

I contacted the developer directly about this issue but I'm not getting a response. I've installed the extension per the instructions, all elements in the system admin panel display and function correctly but when I do a search for any term on the site I don't get any results. I'm really getting heat from my client on this and I need a solution fast, anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing no results to be displayed in a search? I would appreciate any assistance in this matter.

Does it work with Magestores FAQ?

Can you advise me how to get the extension to recognise Category Name and Category Description

Hi, I set these to Yes, but it has no effect. I rely on Category Title and Category Keywords to return the results I need, but then they also come out in the wrong order sometimes (e.g. a search for "shoes" returns a category with "shoes" in its keywords before one that is actually called "Shoes" as its name/title. No support for that paid extension

Hi, I bought that extension 2 weeks ago. After installation I couldn't make it work and I found out that because I use a CMS extension (Bubble tree CMS) this plugin didn't return any results. I contacted Tangkoko directly and after 2 weeks I'm still waiting for an answer. It's a paid extension so I was at least expecting a reply. If you don't want or can't do support, don't sell a product or set it free. The extension is sold for 118.80€ and not getting a support answer is just ridiculous. So for those wanting a paid extension and some kind of support: don't buy this one! For those also using Bubble Tree: I was able to fix the code so that the CMS Search plugin also looks for the Bubble CMS pages.
