Please make sure that "Disable standard contact form emails" option (located in System->Configuration->aheadWorks extensions->Helpdesk->Modules Integration) is set to "No". In case the problem persists, please get in touch with our technical support via the contact form on our website.

link shown as plain text after upgrade

Hi, I bought this extension a while ago (module version is 3.1.2) and everything always worked perfectly. The other day I upgraded my magento from to latest version The extension still works and nothing is broken but in the admin order page, in the history block, orders paid with paypal show the link html tag as plain text instead of the link to the id of transaction. This doesn't happen with other bank/credit card payment services, only with paypal (I have express checkout enabled) Basically, what is shown is something like (I put xxx where the id of transaction is): Capture amount of € 39.00 online. Transaction ID: "<a target="_blank" href="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_view-a-trans&id=xxx">xxx</a>". If I disable the help desk module, the link is displayed correctly (so only the id is shown and it is a clickable link), if I turn on the module again, the link is shown as plain text again. Can you tell me how to solve this issue? Thanks

The Email Gateway Parserer is a power option that allow you to track also tickets received by mail or allow customer replaying with email client. With this option the tickets are always correctly tracked. Raccomended!

We've had some slight configuration problems and, even though we were past the official support period, aheadWorks helped fix something simple with a setting that could have been overlooked by us after hours of sifting through code. Have purchased many extensions of theirs, and they're the most consistent Magento developer we've seen yet. Thanks!
