In Enterprise 1.11 Magento makes the RMA process easy and efficient. The
out-of-the-box RMA functionality is completely configurable to suit each merchant's
customer, product and business process requirements. Here's a sample of the
capabilities you get with Enterprise 1.11 RMA feature:

PERSISTENT SHOPPING CART
Persistent shopping cart has been enhanced in Enterprise 1.11.
Customers can add products to their shopping cart and view the cart
from multiple browser sessions and devices. This feature also enables
merchants to implement promotions, according to pre-defined segmentation
rules, encouraging consumers to add items to the shopping cart and complete
their purchase. This feature will improve customer satisfaction and increase
average order value.

SIMPLIFY YOUR TAX SETTINGS USING
RANGES AND WILDCARDS
Magento provides many ways to adhere to government tax requirements.
Ranges and wild-cards (*) are one way to apply tax rates across regions
without affecting performance.
Ranges and Wildcards allow merchants to apply tax rates to different zones
and boundaries. Merchants can apply tax rates based on specific zones or
broadly using wild cards.
If a merchant wants to apply Tax Rate "X" to all postal codes in Berlin, Germany
they can simply enter the RANGES of applicable postal codes:
From: 10115
To: 14199
If a merchant wants apply Tax Rate "X" to all of the postal codes in Santa Monica,
where all zip codes begin with 904, they can use the WILDCARDS
symbol (*) in the postal code field as follows: 904*.
