As its' lead architect, Dmitry is responsible for most of Magento's architectural decision leading back to the project founding in 2007. When not coding PHP, Dmitriy loves sleeping (not that that ever happens).

Dima V, as we like to call him, joined Magento almost three years ago as a developer and started working on eCommerce integrations. Thereafter, he began work on early Magento versions as developer. After doing a stint on Magento in it's early days, Dima moved to the professional services team, taking role in support and consulting. He couldn't contain his love for the code so Dima is now back, working mainly on Magento Community Edition's existing functionality.
