Install
Just install the extension through MagentoConnect or download it direct in the usual way and enable the theme under System=>Configuration=>Design. The value for Templates, Skin, and Layout is blank_seo.

everywhere I read (online and offline) people recommend this blank template as a starting point. But with magento evolving to 1.7 already the question arises did they implement improvements and should we still use your template as a starting point? Or revert back to their blank theme?
