The Order Export extension gives you the ability to export order details from Magento for reporting, accounting and creating fulfilment/shipping lists. Full order details are exported into one of three pre-formatted export types:
• Standard CSV file: each order is represented by a single CSV row with full customer details, including address, contact information, payment method, shipping method, item details.
• Sage 50: sync a pre-formatted order export with your Sage 50 accounting software.
• Highrise: export direct to Highrise to update your CRM contacts and order history.
Please note: for commercial sites we strongly recommend you purchase the Order Export Premium Edition. This gives you extra functionality, as well as access to our support team should you experience any problems.

I have one question the file format is UTF-8 could this be changed to ASCII or ANSI, as I don't want to open it in Excel again. I would like to import it directly to UPS worldship October 9, 2012The standard type doesn't export the complete addresses. How can I include the label for the 2nd and 3rd line of shipping/billing addresses? All data has been exported, but as there is no columm for the 2nd and 3rd line of the address, the orders data runs some lines. You need to log out of the admin panel and log back in again to reload your permissions.
