Advanced Product Options extension allows creating custom options and assign them to all product or any number of products in smooth easy way. It is also possible to apply predefined custom options directly on the product edit page.
Advanced Product Options extension adds custom options inventory / quantity and custom options images features. Advanced Product Options 39 39Excellent Product is excellent and a must buy really for any store that sells any product configurations. Support is first class - I spotted a feature that would be a good addition to the product. I asked the developers about it and within a week they a released an update with the feature. Well done guys. A comment to the review below regarding not being able to upgrade after 3 months - did you talk to the guys about this ? I have found them pretty approachable and reasonable, I am sure if you asked they would provide you with an update. May 14, 2013not satisfied the product is good but mageworx are profiteer I bought the product to version 2.9 and it was mentioned on the product "free update" I wanted to download the update after 3 months because it corrects different features and they tell me that the 3.x branch is paying off and I have to pay again! for an update after 3 months only ... I will no buy anything from here April 23, 2013Can't imagine NOT having this extension Simply put, the most recent site I built would have been downright impossible without this extension. This extension works seamlessly and amazingly. You can tell the developers are perfectionists as virtually every "but what if I need it to do X?" scenario you can think of is covered. Even more impressive, I encountered one small bug and sent a ticket to Mageworx. The very next day they released a new version (3.3.6) to correct the bug and emailed me to make sure the new version resolved my issue. Doesn't get much better than that. This is a top-notch extension, worth every penny! April 15, 2013Above and beyond all experiences. I'll put the short description first - Mageworx goes above and beyond all expectations when responding to support issues, and adding new features to your specific needs. I had ordered this extension a few months ago, and it was already more than I expected. It handled everything I needed and then some. As time went on, I gained more experience with the extension and used it for more things, such as using it as a substitute for Configurable Products, especially when Magento's native features don't include even half of what this extension does. I used this addon in junction with Solid Commerce, an inventory management system which syncs inventories across multiple marketplaces. I needed this extension to do two things which it didn't at first -- Sync pricing with products it is linked to and to also show the product which was bought as the linked sku. Both were accomplished for a very nominal fee for the customizations asked of them. In fact, Once I had finished describing the customization, they directed me to where I can process the payment, and no more than 2 days later I had received the updated package with the requested changes. With some more touch ups, it is now working perfectly on our website! Without Mageworx and their amazing support, I would be sitting here moaning and groaning about configurable products and the lack of customization! March 11, 2013Overlooked feature needed to complete this extension Currently there are no Magento extensions that allow you to keep track of the cost for Custom Options. I see your extension extends inventory, which is so needed, but can you consider adding ability to keep track of cost? This is very important for many businesses, as it is common to have different sizes of products sell for different prices and cost different amounts. So if I want to pull a report on profitability, it will not be accurate if all custom options share the same cost field. Thank you. February 25, 2013Hi, I did successfully install the extension. It's working fine except for the checkout page where it doesn't show the relevant custom option image. Instead it shows the general product thumbnail. Any help or advise would be much appreciated. January 29, 2013Very clean and easy to use, this extension was very helpful to us . Instead of managing the options on a product level basis, it saved us days of work in just a couple of minutes ! January 8, 2013We are having problems setting up a few 100 options. After reaching approx. 70-80 options the module looses associated products, kills some options and messes around with the sort order (resets it to 0). It's not possible to add more options. We are waiting for a response, hope to get that fixed. If you only need around 50 options per template go on and buy this ext, it is great and I'm sure our problems will be saved, too. I also need to add a 2nd sku field (EAN Number).
If I buy this component would I get some support for free, i.e. example php scripts so I can do later my migration?
