Tweetboard is a fun and engaging micro-forum type extension for your website. It pulls your Twitter stream in near real-time (max 1 min delay), reformatting tweets into threaded conversations with unlimited nesting. Conversations that spun off the original conversation are also threaded in-line, giving your site visitors full perspective of what's being discussed.
Tweetboard is also a powerful viral tool that engages your website visitors. Each time someone posts (or replies) via your board, a link back to the corresponding conversation is appended to their tweet, creating a viral stream of Twitter traffic to your website.

tweet board 4 4Couldn't get this to work in magento 1.5.1.0 either. Seemed to install ok in the (magento/app/code) directory.. as "local" folder, but could not get it to show up in "admin > CMS > Widget menu or see it on the page. Also should be noted that we are using a custom theme and not the default, in case that matters. We moved on from this app to find one that works with our version. Would have been nice to hear from developer as to whether he/she knows if it should work in the 1.5.x versions or not, but we are assuming it doesn't since everyone seems to have the issue. May 24, 2011After install, cache refresh, log out log in, not vivisble in widget instances. I use 1.5.0.1. April 6, 2011did not seem to work for 1.4.1? i cannot see anything in backend or frontend. alreaded flushed cache. January 23, 2011works like a charm. Easy to install the widget.
