Teaserbox

Simply attach your own teaser images to any product within your database and display them in the Teaserbox. Have a look at the Demo to see Teaserbox in action and play arround with the settings. IMPORTANT: Magento 1.4
If you're planing to install Teaserbox on a Magento 1.4 Shop please use the latest Teaserbox version (1.2.0 and above). The older Teaserbox versions cause problems together with Magento 1.4.
Uninstallation

This extension was developed by and is supported by Velite
Teaserbox 12 12Magento 1.7.0.Works great as described. Unfortunately I can not implemented due the fact the only drawback it DOES NOT resize the product image that you want tease. SO the ONLY you need to do is "play" with image size and "teaser" box size. But work? I does work. Just follow the instructions on the link. Remember to log out after installation Second run a preventive "refresh cache" Third in my case I used CMS --Page --Home Page and added {{block type="teaserbox/index" template="teaserbox/box.phtml"}} Fourth Go to the products you interested to "tease", open the product on ADMIN---CATALOG---MANAGE PRODUCTS-- Double click on the product or EDIT FIFTH--- look on the left for the TEASE tab click on it .. Is not SciFi to fill and choose fields. Save it and you will have the extension working. Note: VELITE has not requested or paid me for this, just glad someone has the time to give out something for free and I can install it and make it work. April 22, 2012I install the extension, but can't get it works. I only getting de spin over blank background, but no images. I think the extension can't find any images. I setting the images in the backend (products page - Teaserbox), and also try some answers I was find in the forums but nothing works for me. Someone can help me please?? November 12, 2011in Magento 1.6.1 I did a little different: I installed another namely Magento 1.4.2 and then I went into public_html / downloader / .cache / and I save it there. Then I installed it in Magento 1.6.1 and works perfectly ..... November 8, 2011This may look good in firefox but it won't look good in IE and vice versa. I at least can't figure out a way to define different width for different browsers. There must not follow a the standard coding practices with how it displays differently in different browsers.
