Superb product and support
Springbot as a product is superb and it is getting better all the time. We've seen definite gains using Springbot in two ways: 1) in the availability of data and intelligence; and 2) by being able to recover potential lost sales. At our last check, we were recovering 5x our monthly subscription fee in lost sales (and that's just the recovery part). And there's a lot we could do to improve that on our end. We calculated at the end of our first month with Springbot that we'd generated about 8 months' subscription fees in revenue that month alone (this being from recovered baskets, AdRoll revenue).
Springbot's support is as good as the product. Springbot as a business is ethical in the way they deal with their customers. I also have to give big shout out to Emily, who is an absolutely star. Not only has she professionally dealt with every question and issue we've raised, but even reaches out to us once a month or so to see how we're doing with Springbot.
Oh and the Springbot emails (both daily and weekly) provide very useful insight indeed. I actually look forward to getting them.
Highly recommended. Don't dwell on whether or not you should try it. Just do it, at least for a few months. It'll pay for itself. And these guys deserve your business.

A solid product from a solid team
We have a client on Springbot, several others in the queue we are putting on Springbot, and we recommend it to any client that could benefit from marketing automation and analytical feedback. I'm not going to just rate this, I'm going to break it down:
As an agency that implements small and medium size Magento stores, we're adding more value to our client engagements after the fact because we've brought Springbot to the table. It's not for companies that might have a robust marketing team in place but we're considering putting it on clients we manage social and ad spends for because it would make our job easier. The only reason I don't rate its usefulness as excellent is because we feel like it's only as good as the people that use it.
We're pretty critical before we start recommending an extension to clients because it reflects back on us. So, we went to their office to get a demo before we ever started because we wanted to make sure we checked out "where the sausage is made." We got the "lab" demo and then went back and my ecomm director tried it out on a client's site. It works just like it was presented.
On Developer Support
Did you read that we went to their office?!? I mean, we went, knocked on their door and they let us in. We sat with the CEO and CTO and met other people in the office. We've given them feedback and they listen. It's a great group that is dedicated to building a solid extension.

Springbot Team is Tops!
I own a small business in the Atlanta area, BellaBag.com. I implemented Springbot approximately 10 months ago, and I can say that not only is the tool helpful and growing in functionality everyday, but the team at Springbot is also an amazing resource. I've worked with many developers, agencies and vendors in the digital space, and never has a team been so responsive to not only my questions, but also my requests on meetings, webEx sessions and also innovation. Springbot's interface is easy for the least tech-savvy person in my office to use and understand and it also dives down into important metrics that help us to understand what we need to do to make the important marketing decisions. I couldn't be happier with this choice and with the friends/colleagues I now have in the Springbot staff.

Sell more and do less
We have been testing the waters with Springbot in 2014 and so far, so good!
Even with a large marketing and development team, this extension saves us lots of time and makes suggestions that we would have missed.
I highly recommend it to all ecommerce businesses.

Abandoned Cart feature alone is worth the subscription
Very easy to install and get plugged into the Springbot platform. Includes lots of sophisticated marketing tools, we love the abandoned cart feature. It has been converting since the day it went live!
Great technical support and the monthly coaching calls challenge us to think about marketing our site in different ways.
I recommend this plugin to anyone serious about growth their store.

Great customer analysis tool for your webiste
Springbot has truly helped my eCommerce site. Their tools have helped my company become more efficient, and have introduced us to many new ways to reach our audience (ways that we didn't even think of beforehand) . In addition, their customer service is excellent, and are always very responsive in answering any questions. We recommend this extension

Cannot update... grr.
Am attempting to upgrade to 220.127.116.11 from the command line (at the request of springbot)...

Checking dependencies of packages
Already installed: community/Springbot 18.104.22.168, skipping
I can download 22.214.171.124, and see it's marked as stable, just cannot upgrade ( even with the --force flag set )

Selling more with Springbot
I am a web developer and have been using Magento for all my online stores. My customers want to know how to market their online store and what their return on investment actually is for each marketing effort. I found the Springbot plugin and contacted the company for more information. My customers really appreciate how springbot suggests what marketing efforts will bring in more sales and it works. The developers emailed me when an updated version of the plugin was released. Great plugin and support.
