WebShopApps Handling Fees Matrix
Our Handling Fees Matrix extension gives you the maximum flexibility to apply custom handling fees that work for your Magento business. Define your handling fees based on any combination of shipping method, destination, product, cart subtotal, quantity and weight rules.
You can also create ‘shipping groups’ to categorize your products and define handling fees. For example, you could assign one handling fee for books, another for CDs and yet another for DVDs.
The extension merges handling fees with your standard shipping rates, so the surcharge remains invisible to your customers.
Handling Fees Matrix is compatible with live rates from FedEx, UPS and USPS – making it particularly suited to the US market.

We needed a way to add a handling fee to those countries that had additional fees associated. This app was the fix. To get this working as needed, I did have some issues (non-IT/web person). The team at WSA was extremely helpful in getting this working - and even went above and beyond in helping to identify an issue that was coming up OUTSIDE the apps use. Great product...great support! February 26, 2013Thanks this is exactly what I needed and easy to use and setup June 25, 2011I'm really surprised by these reviews - I found it awkward with poor documentation and didn't do what we wanted. They offer to install it for £50 because its such a pain to get working. We found it easier to switch to free shipping than try and get this working how we wanted.
