Provide extra value to your customers with the Delivery Instructions extension.
This extension provides a way for customers to notify store owners of any special delivery needs during the checkout process. The module seamlessly integrates into the Magento onestep checkout process by adding an extra field at the shipping method section.
Delivery instructions can then be viewed as part of orders, invoices, shipments etc from within the admin section.
Compatible with Community Editions 1.4.x - 1.5.x

A bug was found and resolved which prevented invoices from being viewed - please update to the latest release.

February 6, 2013I completely misunderstood what this was for. I wanted to leave instructions for my customer. This is so they can give you Delivery Instructions. Silly me. It works though. November 1, 2012There's a bug in the latest version which prevents the selected shipping option from being saved. I was wondering if it is possible to add the Delivery Instructions field to the order email so the customer has a record of what they have said.
