Customer Attributes

Would like to collect more information about your customers during registration? Customer Attributes extension’s purpose is to help you with this and more. The extension serves not just to get more info, but also enables you to edit it and display at the customer list page (optional), which makes using the data much more convenient. Get more information to better serve your customers and as a result get more business!
The module allows add the custom attributes to the customer grid on Manage Customers page, to search customers by these attributes. It is possible to edit the information in admin panel and export it along with the standard customer data.
One of the unique features is the ability to use images for checkbox and radio button fields, which will make choosing the right option a lot easier for your customers.
Customer Attributes enables you to significantly improve cooperation with customers and increase their satisfaction. The extension offers a lot of great features for both Community and Enterprise Magento editions.
Features:
Add unlimited number of additional customer attributes
Display the attributes at the registration page. If needed, you can disable the attributes for the registration page and display them only in customer account.
It is also possible to show the attributes at the billing info page of checkout for customers, who register during checkout
Ability to indicate at which store views the custom attributes should be displayed
NEW! Dependent attributes. This feature lets you display certain attributes only when a particular value of other attribute was selected.
Text field, text area, dropdown, 'Yes/No', multiple select and date field types are available
Indicate in which order the attributes should be displayed on front end
The attributes can be added to customer list grid in admin area
You can also display the attributes in account information section on order view pages in admin panel
Specify individual field description for each store view, which is especially useful for multi-language sites
NEW! Ability to make fields read-only. Customers can only view values specified in such fields and not edit them. Only admin can edit such fields.

Admin can fill in the attribute fields when creating a customer account from admin panel
NEW! Static text field. With the help of this field you can display text to customers on registration or customer account page. E.g. terms and conditions.
You can use any custom attribute for login either instead of or together with email (if used together, customers will be able login either with email or with the custom attribute).

Essential Mod and Superb Support
This mod is one of those that I feel is essential.. we use it to collect additional information about our customers when they register... including the uploading of certain documents we require to sign up (reseller tax certificate for instance).
I highly recommend looking into what this mod can do for your store.... there are many possibilities. An easy one is to find out how new customers heard about you - Google, Bing, website, referral, etc.
Amasty support is top-notch w/ emails being answered usually the same day (sometimes within just an hour or less).

Worked wonderfully, Support is top notch
Installed without issue, and worked exactly as described. Had a few questions answered incredibly fast in a simple, easy-to-understand manner so even unexperienced magento-installers could handle it. Highly recommend the work Amasty is doing - all at fair prices.

Check the "Address Attributes" extension first!
We bough Customer attributes, installed it and worked perfectly without a problem. After that we discovered that Address Attributes was a better solution for us.
Wrote to Amasty and they replaced the products and also made us a great offer.
We have installed more extensions from this company and all of them are ESSENTIAL for us.
No magento shop would miss Mass Products Actions and Extended Product Grid with Editor. These two saved us a lot of time!

Hi, I would like my customer to choose their group at registration time. According to the group they choose I would like to ask them specific information (company ID for instance). Can your plugin provide that? Regards
