GoMage ProCart v.1.3 10 10Great Module, Excelent support Works as described, had a little issue but support was spot on and helped me resolve it! April 26, 2013Extension can't integrate, Agree on USD 100 but after paid later ask 200 more, Ignored if ask refund This extension have issue from the beginning of installation especially clash with other ajax based function. In my case the issues are: 1. No quantity box at upsells 2. No quantity box at related product 3. No quantity box and ajax not working at home page (both list and grid view) 4. No quantity box and ajax not working at new product 5. No quantity box at category view (list view) 6. Change quantity arrow unseen 7. Quantity box went missing if we switch from grid - list - grid 8. Quantity box went missing if we use filter The add to cart process frequently stuck. It also affect other ajax based feature such as ajax use point and ajax log in (result on frequent stuck). Elena from gomage support ask me to pay USD 100 to fix all of those issue which i agree but later that day Elena inform that some might caused by conflict sweet tooth reward extension and therefore ask for USD 200 more. I disagree and they later agreed to solve the issue for the initial USD 100. I agree and pay USD 100, but turns out the fees didn’t end there. Instead of see any progress (still frequently stuck), Elena later email me that she accuse my template has issues and ask for USD 200 more to solve. Not only my template is proofed fine with other 10+ extension, we have a deal and she didn’t honor it. This make me feel tricked. Evenmore there’s no seen progress, the reportedly fixed stuck still frequently occur. I think this is not the right behavior of a helpful developer, i believe if i continue they’ll charge more for something else so i decide to not continue fixing and ask for refund (i’m on trial period). March 2, 2013Ajax Cart and Slide is not working Bought this plugin, can't use in dev sites need to request key for every server. And 4 of 6 features are not working Ajax cart and fly over to the cart is not working. Tried various ways, but same issue. Support issues as they were unable to guide me to where to debug the issue. Every server needs a key and will not take even if the website is the same name as the domain. February 27, 2013Installed in less than a few minutes!
