Great and usefull extension, small bug found Hello, thanks for that great extension, but there is one problem. After installing if you look in Chrome errors panel you will see that one CSS file gives 404 error. It slows loading speed and anyway not make your site better. The file is: /js/prototype/windows/themes/magento.css Hope this will be fixed soon. May 1, 2013

Nice extension Helo. Nice extension. Really helpful. Only one problem. I can't seem to find the field where do i have to insert the API = "AJAX" fot the reCaptcha to work....the only fields i can find in the reCaptcha settings tab are Publik KEY and Private KEY Can anyone help me? thank you April 23, 2013

Slows admin Down The Extension its self is very good, it's very easy to make good quality forms. However after a few days on a Sunday night our Admin slowed to a crawl, after spending hours and hours, we deactivated this extension and the admin started working, Not sure what the problem is, going to have a look at the code as we could do with using this extension. Works 100% After spending hours on the terrible default Mage contact form which won't even re-direct to a custom follow up page without hacking I downloaded this. In five minutes I had installed and had a perfect contact form, a few minutes later I had a working poll. Don't take any notice of the donkeys- get this now! I have used the pro version too and it is a great tool for more advanced polls, questionnaires etc. March 13, 2013

Definitely not working on Community 1.7 Three month ago I installed the application and for 3 weeks I got no incoming mails from the Magento systems any other forms... After some research I finally realized why - the "WebForms: Community Edition"! I uninstalled it and everything works again. Today I tried again - more carefull, testing immediately,and conclusion was the same. I sorry guys, this extension will screw up your Magento, so do not install it until developer has fixed the issues. It is a shame, cause it could be such a good and useful extension, but for now, a useless extension. February 19, 2013

Please, re-download 1.3.9.8 version, it contains missing admin layout file, if you had blank admin pages before February 8, 2013

Hi, I just installed this plugin but I found when I try to open "Web Forms" => Settings, it comes out the
404 Error
Page not found

other 2 (Manage forms, Contact us) are ok.

My magento version is 1.7.0.2
