True Edit Orders 2.0
Overview
Quickly edit ANY information in Magento orders, without creating a duplicate order (the Magento default). This module fixes an issue that can be the source of many syncing problems between Magento, CSRs, fulfillment systems, credit card processing and accounting.
With Magento True Edit Orders, you can quickly edit billing and shipping information, shipping methods, item price and tax class, update item quantity, and add or remove items directly from the Order Details page. Upon 'Save', the module fires an event to notify other systems that the order has been updated.No Duplicate Orders on Edit
Eliminates duplicate orders upon editing, reducing issues between Magento, CSRs, fulfillment systems, credit card processing and accounting.

True Edit Orders 2.0 12 12Good Product I think this is a great product. It performs as advertised. The promise of no more duplicate orders is a reality. However, make sure you do not use this extension with Avalara. You must be using your own tax tables to make this work. If you use Avatax for Magento, True Edit will not work with it. I bought True Edit Orders and always received very quick support via email or phone from Richard and his team. To me, it looks like TinyBrick has put their support issues behind them. One issue we encountered was that the module does not integrate with the native Magento UPS shipping feature, so if you ship packages with UPS (not sure about other shipping methods - look into it), be aware of this. February 14, 2012I cannot get it to work with 1.5.1 even with professional help. USD 200 is alot for something that´s not working. August 27, 2011I've received confirmation from the developer (TinyBrick) that this does NOT work with Magento 1.5, despite its claims to the contrary. I've been going back and forth with their support team for 3 weeks now and only now did they tell me that. Has anyone who's also frustrated with this extension found a viable alternative? You can set this up to re-authorize new charges. If you have the Credit Card saved in Magento, it will re-auth through that. However, if you are using Authorize.net, you would need to use our CIMple module as well in order to rebill.
