Sofhere_SofTicket
With SofTicket you can now now follow the queries made by your customers easily. Then you can assign this ticket to representatives and departments within your company. When the answer is answered by your personell, the customer will receive a notification through email. He/She will then know the status and answer given to the ticket through email and their "My Account" page in the Magento store. Finally, you can close the tickets which results satisfactorily... October 7, 2012It works but I don't receive an email, when I send a ticket, the page turns in blank. July 18, 2012Ticket tab on coustomer account page, will not be displayed in Magento 1.7.0.1. own theme. Thank you very much July 4, 2012I installed this on 1.6.2 using a custom theme - I can access everything from the admin dashboard, but not on the frontend from the user dashboard. The pages are there & it functions, I can get to them and add tickets if I put the address in manually, but there's nothing on the user dashboard. It's a nice extension, but doesn't seem to function properly.. April 15, 2012I installed from magento connect, version 0.6.5 beta on fresh magento 1.6.2.0 with sample data. It does not work out of the box: I had to modify the layout xml to change default tag with customer_account, to show ticket menu in the dashboard. Whici is the right way to put the Qmail exeecutable instead of sendmail? A nice to have feature shall be multi site/store support. It only took me 5 hours to modify the extension and now I'm using my own help-desk, error free!!!!..
