The Magento Product Questions extension enables your visitors to ask a question directly on the product page. The store administrator reviews the questions and gives answers himself or allows other visitors to respond to them. Since version 2.0, this new (and unique) feature allows you to quickly drive the content of your Magento store and grow powerful community.
The question and answer appear together on the same page. Questions and answers can be shared to multiple product pages.
The Magento Ask a Question module uses email notifications to inform the administrator and buyer about new question/answer and its status update. You can also send emails to clients suggesting to answer the question about the product they have already bought.
Integration with Points & Rewards gives an extra option of rewarding your clients with points for their answers.
Integration with Help Desk Ultimate 3 allows support staff to stay informed about every new inquiry: the product questions are parsed to Help Desk tickets.

A one-click form to ask a question
The Magento Ask a Question module adds a special “Ask a Question” form on every product page and allows your store visitors to acquire all the required information.
All questions with replies are displayed below product description. Your potential customers can refer to previous questions asked by other visitors like them and gain from the answers to those questions.
Interaction with other clients
The module gives your clients a possibility to share the gained experience with your company and products by answering product-assigned questions from other clients. As all questions and answers connected with the item are displayed on the product page, users can easily check them and find some additional and useful information. The most helpful questions are shown first (both administrator and visitors can rate helpfulness).

The Magento Ask a Question module adds a special tab into customer’s account area, where a user can observe whether the question is approved and answered, check the status of the replies, and see the link to the products he/she has discussed.
Let your visitors feel safe and private on your website by allowing them to make their questions (with answers) invisible for other users. A customer can make his question a private one. Private questions will be answered via email only and won’t be displayed in the frontend.

You can supply the content yourself by adding any number of answers from the backend (as administrator, customer, or guest) or let visitors post replies. The Magento Product Questions extension gives you a possibility to decide who can write answers:
* only registered customers
* only registered customers who bought the product
* both guests and registered customers
In such a way, your visitors help you keep the content of product pages relatively fresh and increase your website traffic.
Add more value to replies – invite buyers to answer questions via direct emails
Let your potential customers view feedback from other buyers. Invite clients to answer questions about the product they have already got by sending direct product questions emails. You can configure which customers will be notified about the question according to the date of the purchase and be sure that only up-to-date replies will be given.
