Hi, Whole implementation process is very simple and does not require any tech skills. They give 30 days free trial with all features ready to use, so I can decide if I want to pay those $36 monthly (In fact this is a paid solution - but they are not hiding such info). So far so good - I'm using it only 15 days but I had about 100 chats and made few sales through it. For me - it is worth to try the demo! Cheers November 15, 2012
