Magento Dealer Inquiry Extension
Dealer filled the details like name, address, contact number, email, website and description inquiry form. It informs to customer and admin by email when customer submits inquiry form. This extension also provides customer listing who submit inquiry form in admin under “Dealer Management “section. You can view inquiry details of customer and also delete the inquiry information. This extension provides create customer link from dealer listing page.
In version 1.1.5 we have add following functionality
- Add new Field Tax/VAT in inquiry form and you can manage from admin System => Configuration => CUSTOMERS (tab on left side) => Customer Configuration => Name and Address Options (tab) => Show Tax/VAT Number and set the value of it as per your requirement.
- Default Magento’s country set in country dropdown of inquiry form.
- Change the input type of address from text to text-area in inquiry form.
- Admin can create customer from Dealer Inquiries page. Customer can get email of his username and password. Password is auto generated

Magento Dealer Inquiry Extension 17 17Good & simple - needs a little knowledge For you guys who can't find the frontend, you can find it here: http://yourwebsite.com/index.php/inquiry If you are using a theme which is not default you have to replace to following: app/design/frontend/default/default/template/inquiry to app/design/frontend/yourtheme/default/template/inquiry and app/design/frontend/default/default/layout/inquiry.xml to app/design/frontend/yourtheme/default/layout/inquiry.xml When you did this it should work just fine! May 12, 2013No Instructions How do you access the form on the frontend of magento? Can you include the form in an existing page. The module installed fine, and all the admin parts are showing. But i have no idea where the form is for someone to submit an enquiry. May 7, 2013Works Great - One small bug This extension is working very nicely on our website (v1.7.0.2) along with the dealer locator extension. It offers exactly what we need for our dealer program. The only issue is with the address field. We noticed that when a customer has a '#' in their address, for example '310 North St #229' it breaks the functionality of adding the customer automatically. Just a small fix I'm sure, then the extension would be perfect! Thanks for the extension!!
