GroupSwitcher - flexible customer grouping / flexible Kundengruppen Zuweisungen
This extension allows you to automatically assign customers to customer groups, according to configurable rules.
The new group can be assigned e.g. when a specific product is purchased, a number of orders is reached, an customer total turnover exceeds a specific amount or a customer attribute matches some value.
Flexible rules allow you to utilize the Magento customer groups to the fullest.
You can review all available rule types in the documentation. All rules support the configuration of a group the customer must be in for the rule to match. Also, you can configure a group switch for some time in the future when a rule matches. A possible use for these scheduled group switches could be, when a customer purchases some product, he is placed in a customer group with better pricing for 30 days. Once the configured time frame passes, the customer is automatically assigned back to previous group again. Another optional feature all rules provide is sending customer notification emails when a group change occurs. The transactional email template to use can be configured for every rule.

Die Zuweisung kann bei unterschiedlichen Ereignissen eintreten, die Sie selber festlegen, zum Beispiel beim Kauf eines Produktes, beim Erreichen einer bestimmten Anzahl an Bestellungen, beim Erreichen einer Umsatzmenge, in Abhängigkeit eines Kundenattributes oder in Abhängigkeit einer gültigen Umsatzsteuer Identifikationsnummer.
Flexible Regeln!
Zu jedem Zeitpunkt in der Zukunft können Sie einen Gruppenwechsel konfigurieren, sobald eine Regelbedingung zutrifft. Ein Beispiel hierzu wäre, dass ein Kunde durch einen Produktkauf für 30 Tage einer Gruppe mit einer besseren Rabattstufe zugeordnet wird. Nach 30 Tagen wird der Kunde dann automatisch wieder der vorherigen Kundengruppe zugeordnet. Sie können alle Regeln in unserer Dokumentation genauer begutachten.
Darüber hinaus wird das Versenden von Email-Benachrichtigungen an Kunden unterstützt, wenn ein Gruppenwechsel vollzogen wird und Sie die Benachrichtigungen zuvor konfiguriert haben.
