Admin Email Notifications 3 3Installed exactly for the instructions provided (instructions are okay. not the best). Spent hours on trying to figure out why it is not working at all. Then i contacted the support team, and they send me an email after two days giving the error message that is shown. Any person who tried to do the self test would have seen that error, and I told them about that error in the first place. They did not give any instructions or advice to fix the problem. I replied to the email they sent asking for further instructions on how to fix it and gave them the information to login and fix the issue. Has been two days now and no reply at all. Problem Still Exists. Horrible support, horrible extension. September 20, 2011The functionality is good but the extension is very badly written. You need to change permissions on a large number of folders and the administration functions will change php and xml files that are scattered in with the code. This forces you to have writeable files folders on your server which is a security problem. Don't buy this if you are concerned about your site's security. June 21, 2011absolutely love it!
