Both Shipper and Shipping Agent are required for a complete solution. One copy of Shipper can process shipments from multiple websites and stores. Each Magento website must have Shipping Agent for Magento installed.
Shipper for MagentoShipper for Magento is a complete shipment processing system for your Magento e-commerce store. Print UPS, FedEx, and USPS labels, packing slips, invoices and custom reports, send emails to your customers, and record the tracking information back in your store.

Magento IntegrationShipper connects directly to your store using the Shipping Agent for Magento script. With one click all of your new or updated orders are downloaded from Magento. After you process a shipment, Shipper will send the valid shipping address, method and tracking number back to Magento. Each package is recorded as a separate tracking record in Magento.
Carrier IntegrationShipper works with ShipRush and UPS WorldShip to connect directly with Endicia, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
