Product Carousel Pro 1 1I've tested this extension for a client and as a developer I can say that if you're like me you'll want to change at least half of the code because it's poorly written. So: You have child/parent structure reverse (child is in the deepest folder and parent is closer to root folder) from what magento uses, if they would have more files this could be confusing. The parent template starts with "</style>". A big if - elseif - else statement (learn to use a switch) and you can only set the block to use, since the rest of the data is almost the same, you can add it afterwords regardless of if-elseif. Rewriten this statement went from 100 lines of code to only 40 and I have added another 3 custom tabs. Also there is a bug when you try to update the widget using insert form, probably from the javascript it's using, there are more active tabs than you have chosen when the widget was created, and their javascript file is minified so no luck doing a debug there. Haven't tested all the product collections, but somehow I think that there is a hardcoded limit 9. April 6, 20121-1 of 1- Q&A
