Description
Have you ever wished you could display all the available colors of a product in a search result or category listing? Do you like how some websites make it easy for their customers to see all the colors but when you click on a color it links you to the configurable and selects the color automatically for the customer?
With this extension this is now possible! Create a configurable product, set the child simple products to visible, and this module links the simple products to the configurable and pre-selects the color attribute and changes the images to that color!
You can also use this module if you have always wanted color swatches that will change the product image and more view images to match the color selected! Just upload all images to the parent product and easily set the options there. Don't bother making color swatches, because this module will make them for you! And if you need custom colors, you can also upload your custom patterns and swatches in the easy to use swatches panel where you can upload, edit and view your swatches.
This module makes it much easier for the customer to see what they are getting, which in turn creates more sales! Your customers will love this!

- If set to visible, when the child product is clicked it will link to the parent configurable and automatically pre-select the swatch attributes of the simple product and change the images on the configurable product to the image of the simple.

Pre-Select Colors Plus Swatches 42 42A joke only, not worth it Okay, after doing the research I decided to buy this plugin (Unlimited license as I have a few websites) I installed this plugin, does not work on product description page, no problem, tried on 2nd domain, same thing, then 3rd domain and the same thing. Contacted seller and got a one line reply after 24 hours which obviously was very unhelpful. So sent another help email and received another reply after another 24 hours which again had no meaning (just telling me that plugin has jquery conflict. Well I know that, whats the solution.) So then the seller asked that to get help, I need to order installation. Else there is no support. Only. Well I even placed the order for installation, and since then its been 2 days now and there is no reply whatsoever. The only method is email and obviously its chad who decides which email to reply and which to not. So you do the math. No support, no contact number, no manual on how to use the plugin, no one seems to answer the questions posted here as well and you can see the hefty price tag yourself :-) May 17, 2013GREAT! Required some modifications but well worth the effort. January 15, 2013Have purchased two extensions (Ultimate Swatches, Stock Status) from CJM. Both great extensions from an end-user UI/UX standpoint, both with excellent admin interface and documentation. CJM has been exceptionally helpful and very timely/patient in providing answers to our questions. In addition, we required some customization, which has been executed quickly and effectively at a very fair price. Will be looking out for new extensions from CJM in the future. Recommended without reservation. December 23, 2012I purchased the plugin and it works great. Thank you. However, there is one feature which I'm not sure if it's included in the plugin or not... If I have a shirt with 3 colors (Red, Green and Blue), regardless of which color I add to the cart, on the shopping cart page it always shows the base image. Is there anyway if I add the green shirt, the green picture shows up, and if I add the red shirt the red picture shows up on the shopping cart page. This might be confusing for the visitor, when they add a certain color to the cart, but only the base picture shows up on the shopping cart page, which is sometimes a different color then the one the visitor has selected. September 20, 2012the system works well and is quite useful. It has a great visual effect for virtual store. Only the manual is very basic, it took me two days to get to work, being necessary to open a ticket to better understand. Find colors attribute from here, click on it, then go to manage labels/options. Under
Manage Options (values of your attribute)
