We are using this extension in 3 different shops under magento 1.5 up to 1.7.0.2.
All works just fine as is should, but as I think even more important is the fact, that the author responds to questions within a couple of hours and provides all information and help needed.
For one found bug he provided a fix within few days, which is really great.
My experience with some other extensions and bugs where quite often like "its not a bug, its a missing feature, if you pay us for x hours we can provide this feature for you bla bla bla".
If you want a nice and professional layout for all your printouts, then you should check out this one.

great extension
works as described.
we have a multishop-installation and use 6 different customer layouts at the moment.
had some trouble (rewrite) together with other extensions (smtp), but we've got very quick and competend support from snm.
being satisfied and recommend it.

This is the most successful extension we used with Magento so far. There are a lot of options and the configuration is clear and really easy. It does everything our customers were looking for and more. The support we got is beyond belief, personal and quick. Besides the straight answer we got some extra advice. Highly recommended extension!! Also works with Magento 1.5.

Great Extension.
Works like a charm in my 1.7 installation.
I was able to add some columns (e.g. shipping time) by myself
Code was easy to understand ...
Even a small problem (I want to add one invoice only in case multiple invoices exists for the same offer)
was fixed by the author in 1 day !
Now my shop shows the same content, layout and design within the sales emails and its attached PDF files.

Great extension, I use it in a multi website, multi storeview setup and it is working like a charm, very flexible.
Just one thing I cant seem to change.. the sub-total column on all pdfPrints are aligned to the right - I am trying to move that column about 10mm to the left.. I tried changing margins (which works fine for all sides except the right margin) If someone could send me in the right direction it would be very much apprciated.

This extension solved our problem we had with generating a layout which looked like the one made by our graphic designer. We use this extension to print all our invoices. Designing custom pdf printouts is pretty easy especially since you use css for the layout. Also like the printing of a discount codes. Very good customer service.

Very helpfull, we had some problems because we work with an old magento theme.
But thanks to the support it works fine now.
It's is an very good build module and you can do everything with it that you can think of.
Great to make nice looking pdf's and let clients buy again with an voucher.
Also the QR code is a nice feature.
If you want a good pdf moduel, (we tryed 3 modules) this is the best one!
We run in now with magento 1.6.2.

This extension works like a charm.
All features i needed are included out of the box (different PDF templates for first, and following pages, style customization, custom fields on the invoice, complete position freedom).
In addition the support is extremly quick and helpfull.
I can highly recommend this extension. (using it with Magento 1.6.2)
