Desired Delivery Date
This module will allow you to add a date picker to the onepage checkout process for choosing a desired delivery date. To fully install this module you will need to add two lines of code that will display the date picker on the onepage checkout, and display the chosen date to the admin when viewing the customers order. Please see the readme file in the modules directory(/app/code/community/sharpdot/deliverydate/readme.txt).
