FAQ Plus (FAQs) 4 4Great FAQ module This extension is a very good answer to your need for an FAQ page for an installation with SINGLE web shop. It is remarkable for its use of the accordion way of showing the often long list of FAQs and for its ability to divide the FAQs in to categories, which gives a much better overview. Customers can submit questions, but the best thing about this module is that visitors can search all the questions and answer for certain terms. As with most extensions there is basis for a few improvements, but that doesn't change the fact that this is a great FAQ module at a fair price. March 2, 2013I cannot get this to work on a CLEAN 1.6.2 Magento CE installation! Tried to contact the developer in multiple ways, but no response thus far!
