Used Magento's inbuilt cookie feature instead This module is really well developed. However, this module is required no more as the feature to block Google Analytics cookie is already inside Magento (as a standard feature) now. It is called as Cookie Restriction Mode. You can also use the Magento cookie helper to block other areas of code that might be dropping cookies. The message can be customised using CSS. http://www.magentocommerce.com/knowledge-base/entry/using-cookies-with-expressed-consent January 6, 2014
Nice and discrete Perfect extension, easy to install. Shows a nice, discrete and not annoying message. Thanks, Go on! May 21, 2013
Easy to install and works well. I found that if you want to change the layout you should got to: /skin/default/default/attain-cookie To change/translate the text on the buttons go to: /app/design/frontend/default/default/template/cookie February 1, 2013

Hi,

We have installed this module and the cookie popup is showing. But when we fill in the cookie text field in the admin -> web -> EU Cookie Text it is not showing up on the frontend. The default english text from the phtml file is showing.

More people with this "bug" or know a work around?

Answer:
Found the "bug". It was related to a new PHP version on the server "5.4.26".

The endIf inside cookie.phtml needs some adjustments. Now php was falling over the old version.

Before:
<?
endIf;
?>

After:
<?php endif; ?>

And instead of starting php with "<?" i changed it to "<?php"
