MailUp is your complete email delivery solution. It combines strong campaign management features (multi-list platform, advanced segmentation, dynamic content, A/B testing, detailed statistics, etc.) with automated messaging and a free SMTP relay service. - The customer segmentation tool now fully supports Magento's multilevel category hierarchy

- A MailUp account url validation check was added to the system configuration step

If you are not seeing MailUp lists in Magento, it means that there is probably an issue in your store communicating with MailUp. There are a few possibilities:
* API access is turned off in your MailUp account
* Your API user name or password are incorrect
* IP address validation is turned on, but MailUp is not able to validate the store's IP address
