EmailDirect.com: Customer Data and Purchase Behavior Sync 3 3Works Great Works great and as advertised. Our account representative is great and always responds to email and phone calls immediately. This made the entire process easy from setting up the account all the way to running a full campaign. They are awesome to work with, the software is easy to use, and it is doing exactly what we want it to do. No complaints here. February 25, 2013The product catalog has to be entered into email direct one product at a time, no import feature. Categories also have to be added manually, and you have to put the product into a category manually. Three separate processes to add your product to the catalog. The cart abandonment does not work and has been removed from the extension because it will cause your store to stop processing orders after a period of time breaking the checkout. February 7, 2013Installed on Enterprise 1.10.0.1 and we have been having nothing but issues since the install. Like the email functionality, but the purchase history bogged down my checkout due to too many calls to their API, CRON job runs forever causing delays in other scheduled jobs, and now my system is throwing errors when an order is placed. Will probably be uninstalling and looking for another solution. July 10, 20121-3 of 3- Q&A
