Data Syncronisation:
• Historical and ongoing data-syncronisation. Upon installing the connector you will not only synchronise your customers data going forward but it will pass your entire Magento customer database back to dotMailer for powerful marketing opportunities;
• Customer data sync including:
• Customer Firstname

• Gender
• D.O.B
• Customer Group
• Default Billing Address Info
• Default Delivery Address Info

Data Field Mapping:

Map all of your Magento customers to one address book and seperate your opt-in 'subscribers' to a different address book. It will also sync Magento's 'subscribed' status with your dotMailer account so if someone unsubscribes from your emails, they will also be unsubscribed in Magento.ROI & Page Tracking:
Implement dotMailer ROI and/or page tracking allowing for granular reporting on each individual email campaign.Recency Frequency & Monetary Segmentation:

dotMailer - Email Marketing Made Easy 1 1This module integrated ok. I still need to test sending mail. However, I had to re-save the user permissions for Admin before it would show the configuration page (same as other modules, but still worth noting). The wording on configuration page needs looking at as some of the fields that do match in function, don't match in terminology. Finally, the only real problem with this module is the excessive use of imagery. There is no need to use an image on the configuration menu, and the massive banner at the top of the configuration page, which loads an iFrame from your site is not needed, especially after the module has been configured and an account provided. I have fixed it just for myself, but please make amendments to your source to make this module sit more naturally in the Magento back-end. April 13, 20121-1 of 1- Q&A
