Magentweet : Widget Twitter for Magento
Magentweet broken for Twitter 1.1. api
Since twitter deprecated and removed the old 1.0 API, this module no longer functions, and is in need of an update to work with the new 1.1 twitter API.
Hopefully the developer is still interested enough in this to make the updates, as this was one of the better twitter widget usefuls I've found for Magento that worked how I wanted it to.

Developer's website lists this extension as 1.4+ and this isn't a true fact. Extension has no documentation. No support information is included in the extension, nor does the website have any. They just link to the main entities' contact us form. This is very poor quality extension for a Magento Silver Partner. If this extension was updated into current releases, they could easily sell it. This extension is not easily usable after 1.4.x, I do not recommend attempting if you don't feel comfortable with developing a Magento extension.

This doesn't work with custom themes unless you move files on your FTP. Are you kidding me? That's not user friendly at all!
"oh, you also need to move the files from the default skin folders..."
yeah....That's not helpful at all! List the files in the directory! At least make a FAQ.

This works in 1.4.2 but twitter updates don't not automatically appear in Magento unless you refresh Magento's cache. Is this the way it is supposed to work? Kind of annoying to have to refresh cache everytime you tweet something. Am I the only person with this problem?

Could be nice to have the tweets linking to the twitter account like here : http://www.magentocommerce.com/blog

Works well on Magento 1.4 but you guys should change the default laout xml and phtml template to install under base/default. That way if the user changes the design from default to another custom design, your widget still works.
