Listrak's 3rd generation Magento extension offers a single, integrated digital marketing platform providing omnichannel solutions for retailers, featuring acquisition, recommendations, back-in-stock alerts, shopping cart recovery, advanced retail segmentation and post purchase solutions. Listrak's modules expose data for use with Listrak while reducing IT involvement through a seamless integration, saving your team valuable time.

Modal Acquisition and Welcome Series
With Listrak’s Modal Lightbox solution, you can control timing, placement and cadence so the lightbox appears when and where you want it, make sure it doesn’t appear to customers who have already subscribed, and set a wait period so it only appears to non-subscribers at pre-determined intervals. To reinforce the interaction with the Modal Lightbox, Listrak highly recommends following up with a Welcome Series campaign to deliver any incentive coupon codes promised at the point of acquisition and to immediately engage new subscribers.

One of the best maintained Magento extensions I am a certified Magento developer and have seen numerous extensions posted to Magento Connect or floating around the web. Best Email Company Hands Down We've used several other products to distribute our email marketing from the bare minimum to the more expensive. You get what you pay for...sometimes. Our experience in the past with other companies has been fair at best. Listrak is not only the best email company we've worked with but after 32 years in business; they are one of the very best in terms or organization, communication, project roll-out, and we're very happy with their dashboard...and of course it connects into Magento. Essential Piece to Our Marketing Channel Been using this extension for a few years now. Before we used this extension we just did email blasts weekly. now this extension is the cornerstone of our email marketing efforts. We use the extension for automated emails surrounding abandoned carts, new customer acquisition with a modal popup, post purchase review request and automated messages. Our automated messages equal about 40% of our total email send count. I highly recommend any merchant to get automated emails going. We also send email blasts but this done through the developers site. The Developer has been helpful and continued to make the product better. We expect the extension to continue to be developed which we have seen over the last few years. March 8, 2013

The module is not designed to do that. That table is used for something different.

By default, Listrak uses the Magento subscribe flag to track subscription status. However, that flag isn't wired to your Listrak marketing list when you first start using the module. That feature needs to be turned on within Listrak once your list is setup and the merchant ID is assigned.

However, depending upon your solution set with Listrak, you may not even need to use the Magento subscribe flag at all. With our acquisition and engagement package, the Magento subscribe flag is bypassed entirely.

I would suggest having that discussion with your account manager.

I should add one additional thought... You may need to add the text field ID to the module configuration within Magento.

I guess I should say, in either case, a bit more detail on the problem would allow us to thoroughly answer your question.

It would help to understand which account your module is powering and which services you are currently using with Listrak. In order to start that discussion, you could simply contact your account manager. You could also open up a support ticket by sending us an email if that is preferred. Listrak provide newslatter subscription user email, But When i was newslatter subscribe then also in Listrak record doesn't shown up this email. And I look at database table(listrak_remarketing_session_email) which is stored Listrack record Here Not record here....

When using the Listrak module to achieve subscription within your Listrak account, there are two options.

1) Allow Magento to collect and manage subscriptions with the registration flag. Standard Magento subscriptions, in the footer, on a subscribe page, or during the checkout funnel will automatically use the API to transfer new subscribers to Listrak. You will configure Magento just as if you were relying on Magento to maintain this data. Listrak simply turns on the newsletter sync option on our side and the data is sent our way. By default this feature is off. Primarily because 90% of our Magento customers choose to use option 2.

2) Allow Listrak to collect and manage subscriptions. Listrak will bypass all Magento subscription infrastructure and use our own forms, preference centers, light boxes, pop-ups, and/or checkout funnel integration to achieve the subscription goal. We take a more strategic approach to acquisition and subscription in order to increase the effectiveness of this funnel. When you start a partnership with Listrak, all of these details are addressed.
