Introduction:
jQuery lightboxes is the collection/implementation of jQuery Lightbox for Magento Media Gallery. Moreover consider it as an one stop search for jQuery Lightbox for magento.
Currently it includes the FancyBox, PiroBox, PiroBox Extended, prettyPhoto and Lightbox Clone one. Still more to come in newer versions.Features:

Installation / Configuration
1> Install from magentoconnect using key: "magento-community/Mpycho_Jquery_Lightboxes" (for version < 1.5.x) or "http://connect20.magentocommerce.com/community/Mpycho_Jquery_Lightboxes" (for version >=1.5.x).
or download/install from Offical Site
2> After installation go to: Admin >> System >> Configuration >> MagePsycho Extensions >> jQuery LightBoxes >> Manage your setting here.

I would surely recommend this one because it is easy to install and works great with all it's features. Only reason i'm not giving 5 stars is that there is not any option of changing the size of overlay images in prettybox and no option for changing the position of overlay images. (y) April 5, 2013Generally works well Quite an excellent extension. The number of controls are quite many for this and I have found I can also pass through to a Joomla Bridge which is helpful. I would request a few updates 1, the ability to load Version 1.8x of JQuery, 2: the ability to get SSL download of JQuery (this was problematic) 3: The ability to "auto sense" whether Jquery has been loaded, so if it has (as it does prior on my Joomla - Magento site) that it not load jquery again. 4: Signify somewhere in the control panel what version of the extension is actually installed into Magento, and perhaps allow a debugging pass through to be entered. As I have it I need to download it for a Pure Magento Site but it is already there (at 1.8x) for a the joomla pass through site. If I turn off Jquery download all together in the extension, the extension/lightboxes still load properly in Joomla. They do not do so in Magento. Thanks for a great extension. The site is not working. But the admin panel works fine except "Configuration".

I love this extension and use it as a pop up for my sizechart. But with my new theme there is a different way of showing and zooming on the main product images... Now I'm wondering if it's possible to disable that function. I need it only on my gallery and iframe pop-ups.
