Moneybookers 2 2MoneyBookers Europe - Skrill (UK based) is really reluctant to new accounts. They ask you for a BUSINESS PLAN and estimated annual sales through Skrill. So if you plan to test a new market you won't be able to give them these numbers. They prefer online games and gambling as you can see in their partners market. January 7, 2013Somehow it only half works in 1.7 - customers is redirected to MB for payment, but the extension does not report a successful transaction, when it leave the status as pending payment.
