How can this plugin enhance my site traffic?
Everytime a user comments on your site, they can choose to publish this comment on their facebook profiles. This will make their friends see their comment instantly linking them to your page. Users can also use "Like" feature! Made by QuartSoft.
NOTE: You need to register your application at facebook: http://www.facebook.com/developers/createapp.php, get APP ID and insert it to magento configuration (See configuration screenshot)

But I geht always in frontend the message "Attention: this comment plugin works in compatibility mode, but has still no comments. To could use all functionalities of plugin, you should specifiy „href“ like in documentation of comment plugins suggested." With documentation I could not solve problem.
