LiveAgent Magento plugin integrates a full featured help desk and live chat software Live Agent into any Magento installation. Oh, also... the "answer" button is not working on safari. Thank you. September 8, 2012I bought a self hosted version of Liveagent, and installed this extension. I noticed that the checkout page is slowed down to the point my rate of abandoned carts is increasing. I noticed that the hang up was that it was trying to load livechat even though the chat is not visible on the checkout pages because the url changes to an SSL url June 13, 2012I installed this on a test account, and it worked great. Installed it on my live site, and created a new account. Now it keeps saying "unable to connect" even though I am entering in the correct credentials. January 4, 2012Hi, this is a great module, very helpful, but i had two problems with it, the javascript to track audience is heavy and: ::::::::: this module break the compilation ::::::::: The solution i found was to install the module, make the proper configuration, and then disable it in the file Qualityunit_Liveagent.xml, by changing the line lt;activegt;truelt;/activegt; to lt;activegt;falselt;/activegt;.
