Product Description
When a customer adds product in shopping cart, it allows the customer to select or skip Gift Wrap option. Once the customer selects the Gift wrap option, the system displays various images of gift wrap and then will be added as fee. Customer can also enter Gift message, like "Happy birthday to Joe". The order information includes this Gift message as well.
Product Features
1. There is a feature that allows admin to customize Gift wrap name, image and price. This products support bundled products as well. It can be easily customized as extra fee module for Rush orders.
2. It supports ability add selected products to be available for Gift Wrapper. This can be easily done by Site Administrator using Admin panel. Each product can be configured to have Gift Wrap=Yes/No and Personalized message=Yes/No

As such, the next time you update Magento that file will be overwritten again with Magento's own version. This extension is very poor quality and displays a complete lack of knowledge of how Magento is put together. Core files should never be overwritten by extensions. For customer feedback and testimonials about this extension, please visit: http://kamtechco.net/clients/testimonials.html November 7, 2010it works, but it's not very satisfying : installation is not a clean extension module but some obstrusive hacks, some of it modifying magento core files. the programming itself uses some last-century javascript redirections and sessions to redirect to the giftwrapper page, this is really not clean. the use of a static block to pass info to the giftwrapping files makes tou ave to disable the cache for static blocks, totaly annoying if you have a big store with many static blocks you'd rather cache. i definitively don't recommend, sorry guys September 9, 20101-8 of 8- Q&A
