Fontis Australia 22 22crashes system all had been going well with this extension until today when I upgraded to 2.2.4 it now gives a cache error saying that the sql database does not contain the file australia_eparcel. this crashes the site! I went into myphp and created this said file (although I really dont know what im doing in myphp!) now magento connect refreshes correctly without any errors but my site is blank. Only way to fix is uninstall fontis. How can I fix this? Fixed it by copying /default/default/template/fontis to the interface that my theme was using e.g. /myinterface/default/template/fontis (Don't know if this is common knowledge as I am knew to Magento and assumed it would work regardless of theme/interface?) Be great to have it updated & click & send available. May 25, 2012Those in a tight bind trying to install this on 1.7, Simply install using the downloader. Youll get the Error, Browse to your magento_root/downloader/.cache/community/ folder. You will find the Fontis_Australia.xxx.tgz. Grab that file and decompress the contents and place it into the appropriate magento folders. This will just install the extension manually and hopefully all should work. I havent found any issues yet. Everything works great except one thing....
It never calculate the correct shipping rates…
Product A - $100
Shipping : $15
Total=$115
But when we put 2 qty of Product A, that brings the
Total to $215
where as it should be $230.
Would you please help me on that, or put more light on this issue.
