This magento review request extension allows you to automaticly send followup e-mails after an # number of days.
This is an effective way to ask if the customer has received everything and if he/she is satisified, or ask for an review !
Main Features:
- - E-mails are Fully Customizable, we have added some good examples which you can use.
- - You can set the Number of days when the emails should be send.
- - You don't want to send an e-mail towards an customer, just delete him from the list.
- - Also able to send the e-mails manually.
- - Our Extension is also able to send an list of ordered products with links to redirect the customer towards the review page
How it works:
When an order has been shipped or with virtual products when an order is complete.
The order will be placed in the followup list, within this list you can select orders and manually send the emails or delete the customer from the list.
Also this extension doesn't need difficult and long configuration to make it work. It is just as simple as above!

Followup Orders / Review Booster 3 3Just bought the extension and had difficulties making it work in my setup, but I got support on the same day, and the problem was fixed in like 10 mins (lunja developer got access to my system and fixed it). Documentation is not impressive, but it is not an expensive extension, so I think it is actually OK. January 9, 2013Waste of your money, lowsy extension as same as the support. January 4, 2013Do NOT buy this module! It doesn´t work as it should (doesn´t display the ordered products) and emails are NEVER answered by this company! The promised 24/7 support is a joke!
