Enterprise Fallback
This extension was created to work with Magento Versions:
- Community 1.5, 1.6, 1.7
- Enterprise 1.10, 1.11, 1.12
This extension adds the Enterprise theme to the fallback layer of Enterprise Edition, and the Default theme to the fallback layer of Community Edition & Enterprise Edition. This allows you to create your own namespace_theme, while still falling back to the standard package (enterprise or default) for non-existent files.
The new fallback order is as follows:
- namespace/theme
- namespace/default
- enterprise/default
- default/default
- base/default

January 2, 2013There is a little problem, imagine this: - namespace/theme - namespace/default (symbolic link to default/default) - enterprise/default - default/default - base/default Without the module, fallback is namespace/theme, namespace/default and base/default. But, with the module, fallback is namespace/theme and enterprise/default. To change this in namespace/theme, namespace/default and enterprise/default, you need to modify Markshust_Enterprisefallback_Model_Design_Package class.
