We've been using eBridge for around three years now. Having our Magento store integrated with our ERP (MS SQL Server backend) has significantly reduced our turnaround time for shipping orders, keeping inventory in line and sending tracking numbers to the store and on to the customer. The eBridge solution has taken a once manual, time consuming, error prone process and automated it. It sometimes takes a while for solutions to be finished, put into place and then "troubleshot" until it works correctly (sometimes even necessitating an email nudge/reminder or two) but it DOES get done and the developers do a pretty good job working with a myriad of systems and variables. Were it not so expensive, easier and faster getting problems sorted while keeping "sales" out of development and implementation issues, I'd feel comfortable giving five stars. Keeping my fingers crossed moving onward!

This company lacks professionalism, internal communication, and any competent ability to complete projects within the allotted time. Do not waste your time with eBridge "Solutions."

We are a gold level solutions partner and one of Magento's first partners. Integrations are among the most challenging types of projects with Magento. If eBridge has a connection available through their tool, it can take on the heavy lifting. We have worked with eBridge dozens of times, and we will continue to work with them going forward.

eBridge Connections has been a great integration provider for our company. We launched our websiteand our eBridge integration with Magento all on the same day and since our order volume started very high, we were very happy the integration was in place.
eBridge was able to meet our very tight deadline with a customized integration from our Magento webstore to our Microsoft Dynamics accounting software.
We were very impressed that their product could meet our unique webstore requirements, a service we weren’t able to find from any other company.
I would recommend the eBridge integration with Magento to anyone looking for an Integration Solution for their business.

The Unfortunate Part about eBridge is they really do not care about your business or their solution.
They will sell you the sun moon and the stars but then post implementation your so called account manager is suddenly only a sales manager.
Their Deployments are Time Bound so long as their time is up they don't care if the implementation is functioning or non functioning.
Support will give you a run a round or canned responses for weeks together its been 3 months since i setup with them and i am still trying to get this to run.
And you can forget about apologies they have the cheek to give you canned responses without an ounce of grey matter.
Do Not Invest in this solution or Company its a complete waste of time

This product isn't an extension at all. This just links to their site, where you'll have to contact sales and negotiate a contract and work with an integration specialist off line.
I do not recommend this integration "solution" for those using Sage products because eBridge isn't a Sage expert. They'll claim to have decades of experience but if you trust their word you'll learn the hard way that you shouldn't have.
After leaving eBridge we've had to invest time and money in cleaning up errors in customer records (created by them) that have made smooth operation of our new integration solution a challenge. They do not do a good job of validating input when integrating data which leaves the database littered with special characters that have no place in the records.
They're product was inconsistent for the entirety of the year we stuck with them.
eBridge talks a good game but in the end they will not come through for your business or your customers. We stuck with them, worked with them and had the best intentions of turning the relationship into a worthwhile partnership. I feel obligated to save those reading this from the headaches our organization suffered as a result of their product/service.
