May 9, 2013Great support (and not just dev)! We're working on a site revamp and CE to EE upgrade with a client who has a running CE license for Sage Pay Suite Pro. So, when the time came for us to make a purchase on client's behalf for the EE license, naturally we wanted to check if there were some discounts available for current clients. The guys over at ebizmarts - both Ignacio and Pablo - were extremely responsive and the entire process from receiving the inquiry to solving the "problem", i.e. us paying for the upgrade with a discount for the client and receiving the new set of files took less than 90 mins.
