XPOS met our needs perfectly
We purchased the Point of Sale extension immediately before the v3 upgrade for our client's online store in Australia. The support provided by Smart OSC was fantastic. When v3 became available, we were notified, and the team even completed the upgrade on our behalf.
While a few technical issues were encountered with the new version, the Smart OSC support team went above and beyond in their attempts to resolve the issues. Also some functionality available in previous versions was unavailable in the new version and Smart OSC kindly offered to provide us with an updated version of the software when the functionality is once again available.
Our appreciation goes out to Quoc Anh and her colleagues in all the help provided.
We look forward to working with you again.

excellent product, fantastic support
This product is perfect.It delivers exactly what it advertises. It is very intuitive and has a very nice graphical user interface.
The support team of smartosc is very helpfull. If you have a problem just create a ticket and the response comes to you right away!
For me it is a reason to buy more products from them.

Point of Sale
I have been running a local retail shop for a long time. After a while I opened an online Magento store. But I always had the problem of not having my inventory synced between my physical store and my online site.
Until I started using this extension. It's a great product with exceptional customer service.

Great extension, great support
This is a great extension for webshops with also a physical store. Very happy with it and even more with the support.
They are very responsive and made some small changes on my request.
I'm not yet using it for a long period, but up until now, works perfectly.

Fantastic product, fantastic support.
I cannot say enough about how useful this product is and how helpful the team at smartosc has been. Even after the extension was installed and running the support I received from smartosc was second to none!

Fantastic Product and Great Support!
We needed a product that could split orders by vendor, and provide multi-vendor functionality through the magento admin, and this extension does just that! We found it ridiculously easy to install, and very simple to figure out.
Additionally, the support staff has been awesome in helping us fix issues, patch bugs, and listened to our every concern.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone's magento store.

This point of sale system has been a key addition to the sites we're working on.
It's quick, easy to setup, and inexpensive to use.
The core functionality for searching, barcode, user permissions, and receipts works flawlessly.

Nice inteface and strong features
This point of sales extension is exactly what i looked for. It has friendly and simple-to-use interface with all the transactions in one page only.
I am also quite impressive on its functionality, especially cashier management and cash drawer opening upon receipt printing. Though there's cash report directly on point of sales screen with sufficient info displayed, I suggest a printable version is even better.
In addition, offline mode is useful as well. We don't have very stable Internet connection and the offline function definitely help us process the transaction without any delay. That's great.

The plugin we had been waiting for!
Our store has been using XPos for about a year now, and am happily surprised by the quality of the software.
Before going with this option, we spent countless hours researching for a solution and XPOS seamed the best fit at the time. And, to be honest, we haven't looked back ever since.
The new inventory-cache system is pretty fast and for us it's great because XPOS allows us to use Magento as a main inventory tracker and also keeps all customers data at the same place.
So when a customer buys something in store, we ask for name and email and it creates an account for him so that when he shops on-line, their purchase history with us is accurate.
Also the software integrates well with our needs despite the regionalization requirements we had and this sure was a big thumb up.
We are very happy with our choice and can recommend it without hesitation.
